In order to prevent authenticating/login in numerous times (between the email and VLE) please follow the below steps.
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to Tools
- Internet Options
- Security Tab
- Select Trusted Sites
- Click Sites
Add https://vle.bungayhigh.co.uk and https://mail.bungayhigh.co.uk - Click Close
- Click Ok
- Close Internet Explorer

Answer
Go to the VLE and click on the “Sign in” button
Once signed in, Hover over the “Staff Room” button and click on “Student Tools”
Enter the students last name as shown below:
Hover over their name and click “Password Reset”
The password has now changed as below:

RickHow to access secure SSL websites on standalone workstations and laptops.
Answer
Our webfilter (Censornet) decrypts and filters secure web sites to prevent use of anonymous proxy servers. For that reason a certificate will need to be installed on any machine that is not joined to our domain such as laptops and standalone workstations. Please follow the below steps to ensure that you are able to access SSL/secure websites.
Save and extract the following file to your desktop: Censornet SSL Certificate
Once saved double click on the file, a windows should appear as below:
Now click on the “Install Certificate” button. A new windows will “Certificate Import Wizard” apear as shown below:
Click the “Next” button
Tick “Place all certificates in the following store” and click “Browse”
Choose “Trusted Root Certification Authorities” from the list and press “Ok”
Now press “Finish” and all should be completed as below:

How to reset your network password to access email & PC's within school
Answer
HOW TO RESET YOUR NETWORK PASSWORD :-
There are two main ways of resetting your password.
1st is via the school Pc’s. :-
1. Logon to any school PC.
2. Once logged on, press control, alt and delete together.
3. You’ll now be presented with a window and one of the options will be to change your password, click it to continue.
4. Now enter your old/exisiting password
5. Now enter your new password
6. Enter the new password again
7. Click ok - job done

MattHow can access Sims from home?
Answer
To access Sims from home please follow the following steps (You will require broadband access for this to work and speed and reliability will depend on your broadband provider) These steps do not apply to staff who have a laptop supplied by school (As these should have Citrix installed on it, the blue icon in bottom right hand corner)
To access Sims open Internet Explorer (the blue E)
Then type: https://apps.bungayhigh.co.uk in the address bar as shown below:
You wil then be prompted with a username and password box as shown below. Enter your username as you use for email and the vle (For example: bungayhigh\rhekkenberg) and your normal network password, and press Ok
You will then be prompted with the Citrix Acces Platform. Click on the Sims icon.
You may get a box prompting “digital signature has an error” as shown below, Tick always trust content and click Run
This will not prompt you for your network username, enter this and and press Ok
This will start loading your profile and load sims as shown below:
When finished please make sure that you log off using the Citrix Web Interface by clicking the “log off” button.
